I'd have to disagree. I don't think that putting together your own samples necessarily makes you a better DJ so to speak. What truly makes you a better DJ is upping your skill level. Sure you can acquire all the tools you want to help make your job easier, but skills are skills, you either have them or you don't.

Yeah I hear ya but if wicked did grab the TORQ and put together his own samples he could be infinitely better. Ask DJ revolution. Ya I like fucking with my old DJ Rectangle records, but I know Wick is so creative he could make up some ill ill shit.

Best part about it is that wicked still rips it harder than almost all the kids from the new generation, and they all have the new rane mixers, serato, vestax skip-proof turntables, and all that other new dj technology.
That says a lot right there.

Mine is to call out as many wack hiphop artists as I possibly can.
